Pitchford village hall

Operates as a charity to serve the villages of Pitchford, Acton Burnell, Frodesley and Ruckley. 

 The committee of trustees are individuals and representatives of the WI and PCC`s drawn from all the villages. There are currently vacancies for trustees to represent Frodesley, Ruckley and Pitchford. The committee meet four or five times a year and the AGM is usually held at the end of January each year.

Funding comes from hire charges, grants and a tote. There are 200 tote tickets which cost ÿ12 for the year. There are four monthly prizes of ÿ50, ÿ25, ÿ15 and ÿ10.

The Hall was built in the late 1920`s and has recently been modernized inside.

There is a 50% surcharge for hire to groups outside the area.
Those who hire the hall regularly may obtain a discount
