About us
Here at Coalbrookdale & Ironbridge Nursery, we aim to provide a friendly, safe and stimulating environment where all our children can feel happy, confident and secure. This in turn helps them to develop at their own pace as they learn through play. Activities are based around the social, physical, creative, intellectual and emotional needs of children in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We provide high quality teaching with trained, caring staff who are always
glad to discuss your child's progress or answer any queries you might have. All the children are provided with the same high level of care, regardless of special need, race or religion while awareness and respect for others is actively promoted within the setting. We are also pleased to say that we have had consistently excellent Ofsted reports. At nursery, we accept children from the age of 2 years 6 months until they are ready to start school. Our nursery has also been
accepted into the government-funded scheme providing free places from the term after a child's 3rd birthday. A community group with charitable status, Coalbrookdale & Ironbridge Nursery is run by a committee formed from parents and carers of children attending the nursery and toddler sessions.
