NOTES:- All meetings usually commence at 7.15 pm allowing for a public session before the official meeting at 7.30 pm. The Finance Committee meets before every Council meeting and the Planning Committee meets as required. The public is encouraged to attend and are welcome at all meetings, but may not take part in Council meetings without council business being suspended. It is therefore helpful if the Clerk is informed of their intention to attend.
