Christmas 2008

A grey start to the day with a cap of low cloud sitting on top of the hill. This soon gave way to broken skies and sunny intervals. A cold easterly breeze kept the temperature down.

Lots of messages on my card again this year - thanks to everyone. Some I recognised as regulars, others were perhaps discovering the beauty of Earls Hill for the first time. The Bradley family came all the way from Peru - makes a change from Machu Pichu!!

Lots of dogs, too. They always enjoy the wide open spaces on the Hill.
