THE NEXT MEETING OF FORD PARISH COUNCIL

WILL BE ON TUESDAY 

20th September 2011  at 7pm

IN FORD PARISH HALL

 

Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Tuesday of every second month, (January, March, May, July, September and November).  The Annual Parish Meeting is also held in May.

Members of the public are warmly encouraged to attend Council meetings which will include a section for public comments and questions.  The public sessions will include a report by the Shropshire Council representative and local policing team and there will be an opportunity to put questions to both these speakers.  The rules about public speaking at Council meetings are given on the web page 'Public Participation at Parish Council Meetings'.At the Annual Parish Meeting held in May any Elector is entitled to speak (at the Chairman's discretion) and to vote on any issues discussed.  The Annual Parish Meeting also includes a number of reports from community organisations, such as the school, neighbourhood watch group and young persons group.
