COOKING MADE EASY 

It's a great honour to have my recipe included on the same page as the Falcon article. I enjoy the Falcon food  - my husband has often said to me that I should get a job in their kitchen.

Here's this month's recipe  -  another of my husband's favourites.

FISH PUDDING

Ingredients : 4 oz shredded suet ; 1 lb white fish, filleted and finely chopped ; 2 oz soft white breadcrumbs ; parsley ; salt and pepper ; a few drops anchovy essence ; 1/4 pint milk ; 2 eggs, lightly beaten.

Method : Mix together the suet, fish, breadcrumbs, parsley, seasoning and anchovy essence. Lightly beat together the milk and eggs and stir into the mixture.

Place in a greased 1 pint basin, cover with greased paper and steam gently for one and a half hours.
