Aston Green

Aston Green as a valuable amenity managed by a  committee of the parish council and supported by representatives from local groups such as the village hall committee, the WI and the Arbor Group.

The use of the green is open to all for individual, group and family activities and for larger community events.

Whilst free access is available at all times, event organisers should contact a member of the green committee to check availability.

The committee are keen to encourage use of the green for local events, sport and recreation and facilities are available for activities including junior football, basketball practice, croquet, cricket, short tennis, rounders and bowls.

There is also a large area available on the additional land for a full size football pitch.

Sports equipment is available on loan which should be arranged though one of the committee members.
