Hopesay Parish Council NEEDS YOU! VACANCY FOR PARISH COUNCILLOR There being no nominations or requests for elections, Hopesay Parish Council would like to fill 3 vacancies for parish councillors by co-option. All expressions of interest from eligible persons will be enthusiastically received. The Parish Council would particularly welcome interest in becoming a parish councillor from younger residents, from the farming community in the parish, from residents in Aston or Broome, from female residents, from new residents, and any other sectors currently under-represented on the council; as this will help to create a balanced parish council, representative of the parish as a whole. Do you know anyone you think would make a good parish councillor? Please ask them to come forward and serve on the council. Why not try it for a year?
