FRIENDSHIP GROUP

The Friendship Group was formed in April 2007, catering for people over 55 years of age. Monthly meetings are held at Fitz-Village hall.

The aims of the group being.

To provide support and relevant information on an informal basis.

To promote wellbeing and friendship to those not always able to join us, and those in the community who are sick, lonely or bereaved.

The programme includes speakers, outings, lunches, fund raising. The organisation is Non-profit making.

The membership comes from many of the local parishes. Make contact you will find new friends, and it does help solve problems.

THE ORGANISER MRS ANN JONES IS RECEIVING TREATMENT AT THE PRESENT TIME. WE ALL LOOK FORWARD TO A SPEEDY RECOVERY.

IF CONDITIONS ALLOW THE OLD RECTORY GARDENS.

WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE TEA. TO ENJOY A LEISURELY STROLL.
