Partnership Structure

Shropshire Partnership is a network of organisations and partnership groupings.

The structure of the Shropshire Partnership is not fixed as it needs to remain flexible to respond to the different challenges and opportunities that may arise, however there are a small number of standing boards as follows:

The Standing Conference here
This is a wide reference group of stakeholders and partners and has the key role of

  • maintaining an overview of progress of the Community Strategy
  • influencing partnership activity
  • acting as a sounding board for partners

The Standing Conference meets twice a year.

The Leaders Board here
The Leaders Board brings together the key public service leaders from across public, private and voluntary and community sectors to make collective decisions for Shropshire.  The Leaders Board sets the strategic direction and drives Partnership activity.  Meetings are held at least three times per year.
