Snailbeach Village Hall does not accept bookings for teenagers or 21st parties from families residing outside the villages of Stiperstones or Snailbeach.

Except for regular monthly or weekly booklings, all hire charges including deposits as appropriate must be paid in advance.  The hire charge commences as soon as the hirer has collected the key. Until the fee is paid the booking cannot be confirmed.

The hirer must accept financial liability for all damages or loss to the hall and contents howsoever caused and will be required to replace any articles removed.

For events involving a licensed bar and other events at the secretary's discretion a £50 deposit will be required.

The hirer must leave the hall tidy after use. If extra cleaning is required after use a £10 fee msy be charged.

The hirer must obtain a set of keys and a leale "How to use the hall safely" from the Booking Secretary.

Please be aware that heating and power is supplied via a £1 slot meter.
