Bus services

Bus services in the Snailbeach and Stiperstones area, connecting with the main Shrewsbury to Bishop's Castle route along the A488, are operated Monday-Saturday by Minsterley Motors (Tel 01743 791208). Click on this link for the current timetable:-

Sunday services were withdrawn by Arriva in July 2011.

A seasonal scenic shuttle bus, with several calls per operational day, runs through the village area (stopping at The Bog, Tankerville, Stiperstones and Snailbeach but  offering a Hail and Ride facility as well), on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.  The 2011 season closes on September 25.  Telephone 01588 67388 for information or click on the following link to find the detailed timetable for the Long Mynd and Stiperstones Shuttle:-
