Council Meetings

Meetings

Meetings are held in accordance with an agreed pattern during the year.  Currently, we are holding meetings on a monthly basis.  Meetings are open to the general public and the press.  To explain, this does not mean that they can join in the meeting's discussions but there is time put by at the beginning of each meeting for individuals to speak direct to the Council.

Agendas

Formal notice of a meeting must be published at least three clear days before it is held.  To ensure residents are aware of the business to be discussed we place copies of agendas on the Parish Notice Boards and on this website under the date of the meeting.

Minutes

Minutes become a legal record of the meeting once they have been signed by the Chair at the following meeting.  Copies are available under the date of the meeting.
