Burial Ground

West Felton Burial Ground 

The Burial Ground has its entrance on Threadneedle Street at the Fox Lane end.

Vehicle access is via The Avenue from the Holyhead Road

All graves are priced as single plots, a double depth plot is charged as two single grave spaces.

The prices quoted below refer to the deceased being a resident of the Parish of West Felton at the time of death.

For non residents, or past residents of West Felton Parish, please contact the Parish Council Clerk for current prices.

A. Burial in Graves

1) Purchase of a single grave space:

a) Person over 12 years old = £160

b) Child 1 month to 12 years old = £80

c) Stillborn or infant under 1 month = No charge

2) Registration of burial:

a) Person over 12 years old = £55

b) Child 1 month to 12 years old = £40

c) Stillborn or infant under 1 month = No charge

3) Registration of monuments for graves:

a) Any monument for a grave or alterations to the monument =£40
    (Monuments with comply with the West Felton Parish Council monument regulations.)

(Total Burial Ground Charges for one adult standard sized coffin, registration and
monument registration fee is £255 {£160+£55+£40})

 

B. Burial of Ashes

1) Purchase of cremation space in the garden of rest:

a) Ashes of persons of any age = £80

2) Registration for burial of ashes:

a) Register burial of any ashes = £30

3) Registration of Plaques for cremations:

a) Any cremation plaque or alterations to the plaque = £40

(Total burial ground charges for any cremation, registration and plaque registration
fee is £150 {£80 + £30 + £40})
