Parish Council Meetings

The Parish Council has monthly meetings that are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of each month except for December, when the meeting is held on the third Thursday. All meetings start at 7:30 pm in the Methodist Church Hall on Tedsmore Road West Felton.

Generally each meeting will have a Public Session item in which members of the public may bring items of interst or concern to the attention of the Council. This item will normally have a time constraint to ensure that the planned Council business for that meeting may be conducted in a timely manner.

The Press and Public are welcome to attend the Council meetings. There are however, times when certain aspects of the Council business has to be discussed in private and notification of any closed or private sessions will be shown on the public agenda.

Agendas for meetings are published on the website, under the appropriate section, at least 3 days before the meeting.
