Images, videos and documents gallery
This tool allows you to upload and organise any pictures, documents or video clips that you may wish to use on your web pages.
Choosing this option should open your 'Gallery Browser' in a new window:
The Gallery Browser allows access to the following options:
Public Folder
The public folder gives access to any images and documents that are available to all mini-site owners.
Any images and documents that you upload to your Gallery Browser area are only accessible from your mini-site. Other mini-sites can not see or access your images or documents.
The 'public folder' may be used by the Shrop.NET administrator to provide mini-site owners with access to technical information and guidance notes on Shrop.NET.
Group Folder
Click on 'group folder' and you will see all the resource folders that belong to your mini-site.
A yellow resource folder is automatically created when you apply for a mini-site. This folder will hold all the documents and images that you upload for use on your web pages and can only be accessed by the mini-site owner.
Double click on the yellow resource to enter your resources area. Once you are inside this folder you can switch between the following view options:
- Thumbnail - displays a small 'thumbmail' image of each resource
- Detail - displays the resouce name and filesize
- Actual - displays a properly proportioned view of each image
