Adding images and documents

 

Before you start....

To insert a document or image resource on to your webpage you will need to have pre-uploaded your documnets or images into the 'Images, videos and documents gallery'.

Insert a document

Click into the text area at the point where you would like to add your document. Click the insert document icon. Your 'Images, videos and documents gallery' should open in a new window like this:

Double click on your chosen document within the 'Images, videos and documents gallery' window and the document will then be automatically inserted onto you webpage (see example below).

• Example:    shropNET-test-document.doc (0.8KB)

It should include an icon to represent the document type, the document name and the size of the document in KB

Insert an image

Click into the text area at the point where you would like to add your image. Click the insert image icon. Your 'Images, videos and documents gallery' should open in a new window like this:

Double click on your chosen image within the 'Images, videos and documents gallery' window and it will then be automatically inserted onto you webpage (see example below).
