Mini-site administration
These include your *account details, and any text, logos or images that you would like to include in the header your mini-site.

*Please ensure that your account details are kept up-to-date, as we will remove a mini-site if for any reason we can't contact the site owner.

Click on Mini-site administration and your mini-site should be listed

Click on your organisations name and all your organisation details should now be visible. These are normally the account details that you have provided to Shrop.NET when you registered for your mini-site.

Application Date: Date your mini-site application was accepted
Mini Site Name*: Your mini-site name
Requested Shortcut Name*: 2shrop.net/your-mini-site-name
Organisation Name: Your organisation name
Contact Name*: Your name
Contact Telephone: 00000 000000
Contact Email Address: Your email address
Contact Postal Address: Your address
Contact Postcode*: Your postcode
Notes: This is the 'About us' information you supplied during the application process
Usage Type: This is the geographical area that your organisation covers

 Edit  allows you to amend these account details.  Accept  saves any changes that you have made to these details.  Close  exits the account details section without saving any changes.

Mini Site Categories

When you apply for a mini-site you will have been asked to select a category from our list. This category is the one which best describes the purpose of your mini-site.

By selecting Add Category you can add extra categories if you think that your mini-site covers more than one of these areas.

Select the additional category from the dropdown list.  Accept  saves any changes that you have made to these details.  Close  exits the accont details section without saving any changes.

Mini Site Properties

This section controls two important parts of your mini-site.

The text that appears at the top of your mini-site

Site Main Header Text: 2Shrop.NET
Site Sub Header Text: The temporary home for Shrop.NET

Site Logo: Your site logo goes here
Site Logo Description: Description of logo
Banner: Your site homepage banner goes here
Description: Description of banner

When you first apply for a mini-site the site logo and banner will display a 'No Image Chosen' box.

To add a logo or banner to your mini-site please select  Edit  at the bottom of the page.

A Delete button should now appear at the right hand side of each 'No Image Chosen' box. To add your logo or banner double click on one of the 'No Image Chosen' boxes and your 'Gallery Browser' should open in a new window. Select your chosen image from the 'Gallery Browser ' buy double clicking on it. Your chosen image should now appear where the 'No Image Chosen' box was previously.

Select   Accept  to save any changes that you have made or  Close  exits the accont details section without saving any changes.

Note: The following information is displayed on the website and provides visitors to your mini-site with details of how to contact your organisation or the mini-site owner

Contact Name: Mini-site owner
Contact Email: Mini-site contact email adress
Contact Telephone: Mini-site contact telephone number
Contact Address: Mini-site contact address (if required)

To amend this information on your mini-site please select  Edit  at the bottom of the page.
