Shropshire Together (formerly Shropshire Partnership) brings together public service providers to work collaboratively to improve the quality of life in Shropshire.  Our vision is for A Flourishing Shropshire.  Partners include Councils, public sector agencies, the voluntary and community sector, business, young people and equality and diversity communities.  The Shropshire Partnership is the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) for Shropshire and its key role is to oversee the delivery of the Community Strategy.

Health & Wellbeing: Strategy to Implementation Event - 31st Jan 2013

The Health and Wellbeing Board want to make our strategy a reality!

As part of this event we will run workshops for each of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy Priority areas (8 in total). Our vision is to have partners from Health, Shropshire Council and the VCS to facilitate these sessions together.

The workshops will be delivered in two sessions: the first will set the scene and ask, 'what will good look like' and the second will explore how we get from where we are now to 'good'. This process will help inform the Health and Wellbeing Strategy's action/ implementation plan for the Health and Wellbeing Board. You will be asked to attend one workshop.
